Family-Placed Funeral Notice

VALERIE KENDALL COFFEY Age 83, of Moore Haven, Florida, passed away peacefully Tuesday, August 23, 2005 at her home. Born June 3, 1922 in Lamar, Colorado, Mrs. Coffey, formerly of Miami, had been a resident of Moore Haven for 30 years. She was a member of the Friends of the Library Literacy Program for Glades County School; President of the Lions Club and Garden Club. She was cherished, loved and survived by her husband of 56 years, John B. Coffey; sons, Christopher, Kendall and Kevin; daughters-in-law, Adrianne, Joni, Shelly; and beloved grandchildren, Justin, Alexandra, Meredith, Aidan, Aubrey, Alaine; granddaughter-in-law, Stephanie. We love you and will miss you always. Your remembrance brings a smile to sad tears. Viewing will be conducted on Friday (TODAY) August 26, 2005 from 5 to 7 pm at Buxton's West Lake Funeral Home, 805 Hwy. 27 N, Suite 1, in Moore Haven. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, August 27, 2005 at 12:00 pm at the Funeral Home with interment to follow in Ortona Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Moore Haven Lion's Club. All arrangements are under the direction and care of Buxton's West Lake Funeral Home and Crematory.
