Philip Maloney Obituary

MALONEY-Philip David Maloney, 64, a longtime resident of Pasadena, passed away May 4, 2006. He was the son of the late Merritt and Gertrude Maloney of Eagle Rock. Phil was a retired Glendale Fireman and Paramedic. After his retirement from the fire department, he became well known for his mastery of all the building trades: electrical, carpentry, and plumbing. He generously shared his knowledge and skills. He was an avid outdoorsman and had a l ong-term interest in salt and fresh water fishing from Eagle Lake to the Sea of Cortez. He had a great sense of humor and loved telling stories to his family and many friends. He will be missed and never forgotten. Phil leaves behind his daughters, Debora (Scott) Jackson, Karin (Glenn) Durflinger, sons, Brian (Britten) and Kevin, six grandchildren; Megan, Kristin, Clark, Kaitlyn, Dawson, Mary, sisters; Kathleen Cremins Winter, Marilyn, and brothers; Malcom, Michael, John, James and many nieces and nephew s. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to your favorite charity. Services are scheduled at St. Phillip the Apostle Church for Monday, May 8, 2006 at 10:00 am in Pasadena. Cabot & Sons, Pasadena
