Emily Chianelli Obituary

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Emily Conti Chianelli, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Emily left this world on June 20, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness that will forever be cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Emily was born on December 29, 1979 in Youngstown Ohio, where she grew up surrounded by a loving family. From a young age, it was evident that Emily possessed a caring and nurturing nature, always ready to lend a helping hand and bring comfort to those around her. Her warm smile and gentle spirit touched the lives of many, and she continued to radiate love throughout her entire life.

Emily's truest calling in life was motherhood. She was blessed with three beautiful children, Olivia Rose, Natalie Marie, and Callie Jane. Being a mother was the role she cherished above all else, and her children were the center of her universe. Emily's nurturing spirit extended to every aspect of her children's lives, as she nurtured their dreams, encouraged their passions, and showered them with unconditional love. She created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and endless support, where her children felt safe and loved.

Emily Conti Chianelli is survived by Robert Chianelli Jr. (Husband), their three beautiful daughters, Olivia Rose, Natalie Marie, and Callie Jane, Fred "Smokey" Conti (Father), Valerie Ledgerwood (Mother), John Ledgerwood (Step-Father), Laura Warner (Sister), and Joey Ledgerwood (Brother).

Rest in peace, dear Emily. You will be forever missed and forever loved. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel is assisting the family. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com

My family sends their thoughts and prayers to you and your family. Smokey, in all the years we have known each other, Emily was and will always be the biggest part of your heart. You have Olivia, Natalie, and Callie to fill the remainder of your heart, while weaving and healing the pain you are feeling just now. I pray that in time the scars transform to beautiful frames highlighting loving memories of Emily. Love you Smokey, Christen Mitchell Gordon

Emily and I at my company picnic Saturday June 3,2023. Emily had a big heart and was full of energy. We went to school together and caught up on Facebook. We talked about life, our kids, how old we have got. We was in this together and I´m glad I got to see her again and sad it ended so early. I miss and love you Emily and always praying for you.
