Ecclesiastes; Chapter 3: Verse 1,2,4

To everything there is a season; and a time to every purpose under the heaven; a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted. A time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance.

To: The Russell Family,

Growing up as a child there are people that you get to know even as you become an adult you never forget them. The last time I saw your mother was over twenty years ago in Franklin, Virginia. She gave me such a big hug. She couldnt have been any happier to see me, as if I was one of her own children. She was such a beautiful person. We know now that she is with the Lord, still keeping an eye on all of us.

With Love,
Senior Chief & Mrs. Jesse Oakley & Family
