Sandra Hamilton Obituary
Sandra met the love of her life, Truman Hamilton on a blind date and they were soon married. Sandra stood by Truman throughout his 22 years of service in the United States Navy and they made a wonderful home in Virginia Beach. Sandra worked as an office manager for Oxygen Supply until her granddaughter was born.
Church was a very important part of their life and Sandra was a proud member of the Haygood United Methodist Church. Some of Sandra's favorite past times were gardening and solving puzzles but her greatest joy was her family. Sandra was very active in her children's and granddaughter's lives providing loving support in all they did.
Sandra is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Truman Hamilton; daughter, Candy Bartha and son, Bill Hamilton; granddaughter, Bella Bartha; daughter-in-law, Patricia Hamilton and son-in-law, Mike Bartha. Sandra will be greatly missed by all who were touched by her kindness, caring and generosity.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 22, 2021, at 2pm at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach VA 23462. You may offer your condolences and share memories at www.kellumfuneralhome.com.
