Shawn Sutton Obituary
Gates Co. - Shawn Henry Sutton, 37, of Gates Co., passed away September 4, 2012 in Suffolk.
A native of Norfolk, Shawn grew up in the Deep Creek area of Chesapeake and was the Owner & Operator of Greater Green Lawn & Tree Care. He was predeceased by his father, Louis Ray Sutton.
He is survived by his wife, Shannon R. Sutton, three daughters, Victoria Louise Sutton, Cheyenne Elizabeth Sutton and Angell Marie Sutton, his son, Shawn Henry Sutton, Jr., and his mother, Rebecca R. Sutton all of Gates, NC, his brother, Nicholas Ray Sutton and his children, Nicholas, Jr. and daughter Madison all of Chesapeake, and host of friends including Rob, Aaron, Joseph, Rabbit, Jason, Lisa.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2pm Tuesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Great Bridge Chapel with interment to follow in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com

Shannon,Beckey,Tori,Shawn,Sissy, Angell & Family... You all have been in my thoughts and prayers for the past week. I cannot imagine the pain that you all are going through at this time.I am so sorry for your loss of Shawn... Words cannot even explain the hurt I feel in my heart for you all. I remember being kids hanging out, riding skateboards and pissing off the neighbors. Shawn lived down the street from me when we were younger and we hung out all the time. Rest in peace old friend.

Shawn was my nephew. I lost family contact many years a go, I`m sorry to say. I knew him as kid but not the wonderful grown up and father he became. Now he is with his father and Christ in heaven. God bless and keep your hands on his family until they meet again. I love you Shawn!!! Love aunt Clara
