Art was a lifelong ambassador of friendship and good will for all who knew him. He proudly served the community and will long be remembered as a good man who gave back more than he took out of life. I'm sure he will be standing at the gates welcoming all good people to a higher place. I am proud to have known and worked with Art. His goodness rubbed off, on lots of people.

Art stopped by my house about 2 months ago and introduced himself after seeing my Marine Corps sticker on the car. I've lived in Princeville for almost 9 years and I think that he is the second person that has done that. He took me to a Lion's Club meeting and introduced me to everyone. I had only known Art for a short time and he was kind and happy. My condolences to the family. He will indeed be missed and was without a doubt and huge asset to the community.

Art hired me for summer work when I was in my first teaching job in Princeville. He was fair, always positive and will be remembered as just a "great guy!" My condolences to his family.

Thanks for being yourself. I remember years ago staying with you and Edith from time to time. Those were very good days for me. You have a way of putting your own "touch" on everything you do. Most people will agree that know and love you. Take care old friend see you on the other side. Jack
