Margarita Salazar Obituary
PEORIA - Margarita Salazar, 41, of Peoria passed away on Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012, at her residence.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the Cathedral of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Clary Funeral Home, 3004 W. Lake Ave. in Peoria. Interment will be in St. Mary Cemetery.

Still hard to believe Margie passed away from Earth at such a young age. Miss seeing her hear and there. I know shenis an ANGEL flying and watching over her friends and family. We grew up as kids and I was a fan of her brother Melesio who was phenomenal in sports. Truly miss you Margie! I pray your children are connected in God so they can join you on their day of transition... whenever it comes upon them.

From the first time i meet her, to just last wednesday night on the bus riding with her, she had a sparkling smile on her face!

I'll miss Margie dearly! SHE, always, gave me reason to smile from the moment we first met. I'm sad to lose her. But, happy she's finally at home with the LORD. We always talked and exchanged hugs like we had known each other for decades. I've been Peoria mass transit rider for 33 years and treasure the, great, relationships I've experienced with pleasant drivers. Few compare with that I had with Margie. Who was, always, like that of a friend.
