Albert B. Seward

Seward, Albert Byrd "Buddy" passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at the age of 97 at Brightview Assisted Living in White Marsh, MD. He was predeceased by his parents Albert and Mary Seward and his cherished wife of 75 years Doris M., (nee Newcomer) Seward. He is survived by his children, A. Bruce Seward (Diane) and Michael J. Seward (Vanessa); grandchildren Alan Brentleigh Seward (Kelly), T. Brooke Seward (Dayna), Joseph S. Seward (Kristen), and Maria Seward (Derron); great-grandchildren; Ashton, Bryce, McKenna, Brodie, Bristol, Kaylee, Ray, Leila, and Steven; loving brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. Buddy was a WW 2 Navy Vet, a high school teacher at Patterson High School for 34 years, a coach, an expert yachtsman, and most of all a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend to a multitude of folks. Peace and much love to an incredible man…. Godspeed, smooth seas and fair winds.

Family will receive friends at the family owned E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, 11750 Belair Rd., Kingsville, MD 21087 on Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM, Services held at the funeral home on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Interment immediately following at Parkwood Cemetery.
