Fannie Crosby Obituary

90 peacefully went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, September 12, 2017 in Gary, Indiana. Fannie was born in Lower Peachtree, Alabama, on February 2, 1927 to Dossie and Luvertia Clarke. She was the 5th of 6 children. Fannie loved to cook and bake homemade buttermilk pound cakes. She is preceded in death by her parents Dossie and Luvertia Clarke; 4 brothers Dossie, James, Roosevelt and Henry Sr.; sister Adelle; First husband Percy Smith and late husband Tommy Crosby. She's survived by her cousins, nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday September 22, 2017 from 12noon-8:00pm at the Guy &Allen Chapel 2959 w. 11th Ave. Memorial Service Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 1:00pm at Theo's 9144 Indianapolis Blvd., Highland, IN 46322. Rev. Mark A Cain officiating. Interment Monday, September 25, 2017 at 12noon at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery

Ms.Fannie was a pleasure to be around always had a smile ready to greet all that encountered her.we say that she has passed but God says that she has arrived may she R.I.P.
