He married Marie Margaret Miller on July 1, 1950, in Jackson, Wyoming.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed reading, taking road trips and staying informed on world events. Leonard and Marie were partners in everything they did, and together they loved spending time with their family, including grandchildren, Jennifer, Hannah, Larisa, Bryce, Lauren and Braden.
Survivors include his wife, Marie Cousin of Idaho Falls; children, Steven Cousin of Woodville, Idaho, and Larry (Lisa) Cousin of South Jordan, Utah; sister, Elma Moore of Thatcher, Arizona; brother, Lloyd Cousin of Ammon; and six grandchildren.
