My heartfelt condolences to the entire Chase family.Rick was a true gentleman,he always had a story for me and a kind word. I will miss seeing him at the Log Jam. He was a good man. May he rest easy now and I hope we all find comfort in the memories we have of him....

I am so sorry to hear of Rick's passing. We both worked for the City of Glens Falls back in the 1980's and our paths again crossed when he started his construction business. A man with a great sense of humor, I shall miss the "Commander." R.I.P. Rick.
