Barbara Walter Obituary

BARBARA MAE BENNETT WALTER passed away peacefully at her residence in Yucaipa on September 5, 2014 after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. Barbara was born on August 28, 1924 in Mississippi, grew up in Holliday, Texas, and moved to San Diego to help with the war effort in the 1940s. After living in Orange County for many years she moved to Riverside, and made many good friends at her home in Mt. Rubidoux Manor. Barbara was preceded in death by two sons and a daughter; she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Mary and Mike Dolan of Colton, her brother and sister-in-law Jim and Judy Bennett, 5 grandchildren (Collin Meijer, Kristine, Cordova, Adam Dolan, Kara Walter, and Corey Dolan), 4 great-grandchildren, a very loving extended family, and cherished friends.
