Galen McDowell Obituary
Age 85, of Hemet, Ca., passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Moreno Valley, Ca. He was born in Minnesota, a California resident for 59 years, spending the last 20 years at Mountain Shadows RV Resort of Hemet. Bud is survived by his eight children and their spouses, Rick and Nancy; Vicki and Tim; Carol and Ron; Curtis and Robyn; Michael and Jennifer; Michelle and Lee; Monica and Dennis; Melanie and Dan; his 23 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. A "Celebration of Life" service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Miller-Jones Mortuary, 1501 W. Florida, Hemet, CA. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Miller-Jones Mortuary. Flowers can be sent to Miller-Jones Mortuary or in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities Central Indiana; rmhccin.org. The family of Bud McDowell wishes to thank the staff of Kaiser Permanente Hospital at Moreno Valley for their assistance, support and kindness, specifically his nurse Madel and doctors, Dr. Fanning and Dr. Min.
