Doris St. Angelo Obituary

ST. ANGELO, DORIS E. (HAWKSLEY), 64, of Rosemont Ave., died peacefully Thursday at her home surrounded by her family and friends. She was the wife of Michael A. St. Angelo, Sr.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of William H. and Carmella L. (Caramello) Hawksley.

Doris was the former President of East Coast Masonry Inc. of Johnston. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Grace Church, Johnston.

Besides her husband, she leaves a son, Michael A. St. Angelo, Jr. of Johnston, three daughters, Michelle F. Pattie of Narragansett, Cynthia M. Gardiner of Chepachet and Sheryl A. St. Angelo of Johnston, a brother, Benjamin H. Hawksley of North Providence, three sisters, Beverley A. Chmielewski of Cranston, Anna M. Converse of Providence and Marion E. Hawksley of North Scituate, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late William M. Hawksley.

Her funeral will be Monday at 9:15 a.m. from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith St., Providence. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Rd., Johnston. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Visiting Hours, Sunday 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Home and Hospice Care of Rhode Island, 169 George St., Pawtucket, RI 02860 or The ALS Association of RI Chapter, 1637 Warwick Ave., Warwick, RI 02889, in her memory would be appreciated.
