Dr. George was a mentor to me on the College of Diplomates Board. Raymond had a tremendous knowledge of orthodontists.
The politics of how the organization works and performs. I thank his family for sharing Raymond with young orthodontics as myself and the profession we all love.

To the George family,
I was sad to hear of Dr. George's passing. I hold wonderful memories working at the Attleboro office in the early 80's. Dr. George was my teacher and mentor which started me off on my path to my career in Dental. I hold great memories of spending time with Sonjia and the kids.
My deepest Sympathies,
Merrille Raymond

My condolences to the entire George family and to my very best friend Joanne George Kloth, his oldest daughter. The memories we shared throughout our teen years with your dad and late brother Ray Jr. were some of the memories I hold most dear. I remember the Patriots game he took us to, watching he and Ray Jr. play heated tennis, and our conversations at your wedding. I know he has always held a special place in your heart no one can take away. I am sorry for your loss.

So sorry for your loss. He was a very nice man.

Dear Sonjia and Family: I was deeply saddened to hear that my friend and mentor, Ray Sr. has left us. He was not only a brilliant man and wonderful person but the finest orthodontist I have ever met. My time working with him, listening to '50s rock and roll in the East Providence office, gave me an insight into his caring personality as he did the best he could possibly do for every patient. His instruction to me as a fledgling orthodontist has held me in good stead for the past 36 years. Each day as I treat patients, I use techniques that Ray taught me. I will never forget his kindness, patience and skill.

My prayers are with you all,

Warren Woods

Sonjia and Family, Tom and I send our thoughts and prayers to you and your family at this difficult time. Tom and I will be forever grateful for the immeasurable support and encouragement you both gave us as Tom was working his way up the ranks of The College, particularly the year of his presidency (2008). Ray had a personality larger than life and his essence will continue to be an influence and guiding force for Tom. May the comfort of family and friends and the memory of good times help sustain you.

Sonjia - Just learned of the passing of Dr. George and wanted to pass along our sympathies on behalf of our staff team and the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics. He made a huge footprint on the profession of orthodontics and the patients served. Thanks Sonjia for being there walking by his side!
