Rose D'Amico Obituary

D'AMICO, ROSE (GENTILE), 83, of Simmonsville Avenue passed away January 21, 2009 at Fatima Hospital. She was the wife of the late Silvio D'Amico.

Born in Providence a daughter of the late Salvatore and Rosina (Guarino) Gentile.

She is survived by her children; Salvatore D'Amico and Dolores Hawkins, both of Cranston. She was the mother of the late Joseph, Louis and Silvio D'Amico, Jr. Sister of Mario and Salvatore Gentile, Margaret D'Andrea, Jospehine St. Amant, and the late Joseph and John Gentile, Helen Scittarelli, Viola Cazzarro, Anna Piacitelli, Mary Kembler, Virginia Ribezzo and Theresa Villa. Grandmother of ten, great grandmother of thirteen and two great great grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held on Monday at 9 a.m. from 'WOODLAWN' Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary Church, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery. Calling Hours SUNDAY 5-8 p.m. Please omit flowers. www.WoodlawnGattone.com
