DAVENPORT-Joshua M. Dooley, 36, Davenport, passed away at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics on Saturday, January 23, 2021. Private family services will be held and entombment will be in St. Mary's Mausoleum, East Moline. In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the family for Josh's daughter Bella.
Josh was born on August 6, 1984 in Silvis, IL, the son of Donald L and Melissa (Martel) Dooley Jr. He graduated from Moline High School, Class of 2002. He was an Infrastructure Analyst for John Deere. He enjoyed playing World of Warcraft and building computer systems. He cherished the time he spent with his daughter and was a proud father. Josh was a loving son and brother, and was loved by those who knew him.
Survivors include his daughter Bella Fae Dooley, at home, parents; Melissa (David) Turner, Davenport, and Donald (Dixie) Dooley Jr., Salina, KS, siblings; Jason Emerson (Angel Cutliff), Sarah (Thomas) Rotzinger, Lyndsey (Shawn) Peacock, Dalton Dooley and Dawson Dooley, grandparents; Jerry "Dean" Clark, Georgia Ayers, Donald (Cleona) Dooley Sr. and Irene Turner, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
