Viola Davis Obituary

Viola Davis, longtime resident of Tucumcari, passed away in Albuquerque on May 31, 2008.
Viola was born in Tucumcari on April 23, 1941, to Alfonso and Corine Romero.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sharon; her father, Alfonso and two brothers, Tito and Danny.
She is survived by her mother, Corine Romero of Tucumcari; three daughters, Karen Black and Julie Davis of Lubbock, Texas and Tracy Davis of Albuquerque; one son, Ronnie Davis and wife Kaylene of Tucumcari; three grandsons, Zachary and Jordan Davis and Darrien Chacon; one granddaughter, Tawni Davis; two sisters, Gloria Zacarias and husband Paul and Patsy Martinez, and one brother, Gilbert Romero, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Cremation and a private service have taken place as per Viola's request.
