Curtis Seaman Obituary

Curtis C. Seaman, 71, of Shoemakersville, died May 10, 2023, in his sister's Hamburg residence. Born in Windsor Township, he was a son of the late Clarence W. and Mamie I. (Brobst) Seaman. He was a 1969 graduate of Hamburg High School. Curtis was a US Army veteran. He was co-owner and operator of LSR Excavator Enterprise, Leesport. Curtis was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Keystone Social Club, where he served as past president, Mt Pleasant Fire Company, and the Shartlesville Fire Company. He was also a life-member of the Perry Township Game Association, Shartlesville Fish and Game, NRA, and the North American Hunting Club. He was an avid fan of Penn State Football and the Philadelphia Flyers. He enjoyed hunting, racing, bowling, and most importantly volunteering and helping his family in any situation needed. Curtis is survived by nine siblings: Eleanor (Seaman) Deibert, Wernersville, Esther (Seaman) Bingaman, Marlene (Seaman) Kline, both of Hamburg, Wayne Seaman, Reading, Marie (Seaman) Tankred, Bernville, Faye Seaman, Hamburg, Carol (Seaman) Moyer, Fleetwood, Joan (Seaman) Neff, Jane Seaman, both of Bernville. He was predeceased by six siblings: Lawrence, Lloyd, Harlan, Jean, Carl, and an infant newborn. Curtis's request is that services be private.
