Honey, you were truely my deepest love and my best friend. You always brought the best out of me. These last couple of weeks without you have been the hardest days of my life. I come home to share my day's experiences with you and I miss talking to you, so I settle talking to your picture. The only difference is you can't talk back. You will be with me in my heart till the day I can join you. I love you now and always.

In Tom I had a father, friend, teacher, mentor, and playmate. He taught me how to always strive for perfection, yet to enjoy it along the way; to work hard and play hard; to live life to its fullest... oh yeah, and how to beat people in darts left-handed! Thank you Tom and Dee for all you have done in shaping the man I am today. I love you.

Dee,
I am so sorry for the loss of Tom. Needless to say, I enjoyed working for him over the years. Many good times were had with him on the job. I always thought it was funy how he expected me to remember pools by the customer's name, even though I probably was only there once or twice throughout the years. Just a little thing that makes me smile when I think about it. He did expect us to take pride in our work and to build and care for a pool like it was our own. I will always carry that work ethic with me. It was clear he enjoyed what he was doing, which made him a joy to work with and for. He will be missed by so many. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to ask, even if its something little like needing something heavy moved. I'm close by, especially if I'm at work. :-)

I loved Tom so much. I have the best memories of him. Some of my greatest memories are from our days at the Pool Store. He always made me laugh. He would make a complete fool of himself just so someone else would get a laugh. I remember the time (there were many) that he was running late for an appt because he was in his office cutting out little pictures of his own face to hang from the ceiling of the store. It made us laugh for days. He was like a father to me and he will be missed.

We are so shocked and so very sorry for this terrible loss, but we feel so blessed to have known Tom and to have had him in our lives. He was like a father to Missy, and Dee, you were her "other mother" You were both so good to her and gave her so much joy as she grew up with you, and around your happy family. He was always smiling and as a result making others smile, He will be missed, but the impression he made on others will never be forgotten. Peace to all of you!

I loved Tom so much. I have the best memories. He was always like another father to me. Some of my greatest memories are from all our fun times at the Pool Store and hanging out at your house on Farmingdale Road! He would make a complete fool out of himself just to make someone else laugh. A great man.

Becker Family,
Tom was one cool guy in high school. His nickname was "Doc" because he was the only guy who could beat everyone's score playing the pin ball machine each week at the local hangout. We all thought he would one day get a doctorate degree in PinBallology. The memories of his ability to sell anything to anybody was his gift. I will always cherish our friendship during those high school years. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.
