Tammy Katina Saunders, 63, of Washington Court House, Ohio died Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at 7:53 a.m. at her home.
Tammy was born May 28, 1959, at Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC to Kenneth and Carolyn Short Miller. She moved to Washington Court House five years ago from Waverly.
Christmas was her favorite time of year, and she enjoyed shopping and movies but especially loved being with her family.
Tammy was preceded in death by her husband, David Saunders, in 2017.
She is survived by three children and their spouses, Nicole and Anthony Asbell and Danielle and Moriah King, all of Washington Court House and Janine and Lucas King of Waverly; four grandchildren, Hanna and Keith Asbell, Gabrielle King and Jeslyn Stephens and sisters, Carrie Murphy of Ironton, Ohio and Rena Hatfield of Waterloo, Ohio.
The funeral will be Sunday, October 2, 2022, at 5 p.m. at the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in Washington Court House where friends may call one hour prior to the service on Sunday.
Cremation will follow the service.
