Anthony John Salemme
We mourn the loss of Anthony John Salemme, who died February 24, 2021 from cancer. Tony was born on March 14, 1953 in Endwell, NY to Nicholas and Frances Salemme. He was a graduate of St. Mary's High and Santa Clara University. Survived by wife: Debra Caporusso, son: Nicholas (Kimberly), grandchildren: Logan, Caitlin and Gavin. Tony leaves behind his mother: Frances, sister: Maria Floyd (Frank), brothers: Nicholas (Donna), James and numerous other relatives. Tony was a loving husband, father, son, brother and grandfather. We will miss his intelligence, wit and non-stop commentary on politics and life in general. A Memorial Mass is scheduled for 10:00 AM on March 24, 2021 at Cathedral of Annunciation in Stockton, CA. I still think of Tony on a consistent basis, his memory shall never fade. I'm mostly reminded of the bird that got him on one of our business trips every time a see a bird. Forever missed and loved by your IIR Family

Tony will forever be a part of our lives. We recently spoke of him and some of his shenanigans, he could always put a smile on your face not matter what you were going through. Continue to miss that smile, but will never forget.

I did not know Tony passed away until I saw Bing's post about how much he missed him. He was one of a kind! Intelligent, down to earth, loved golf, cigars, his family and his friends. Always the life of the party!! I will miss you Tony! My condolences to the Salemme family.

There's no doubt that if you were out with Tony at a client meeting, tradeshow, event or just dinner, there would be a good story you'd come home with. He was dedicated to his work and helping others around him succeed. Back in 2014, myself, Tony and Ed Weatherly started our Labor Analytics product and its success is a reflection of Tony's hard work in blazing a new trail for us. Now with support from Chris Smith, Don Collins, Kelly Harris and Emeka, the product lives on in his memory. Kelly Harris was a big support for Tony and I know he appreciated the backup. We just finished our quarterly labor report today. Its just not the same without him being part of it, leading the client delivery calls and pushing the team to do more. We'll all miss you Tony!

Happy Birthday Tony! May you celebrate in heaven. My dear friend Tony was one in a million. He will never be forgotten in my book of friends. I loved his friendship, his story telling, his intelligence, and his sense of humor. He was fascinating to hear and never was at a loss for words. Laughing was an essential attribute for Tony. Even while he had fallen ill, he still had that wit about him. Tony was generous, loved to have fun, and loved by all. He was smart and he would enlighten me on just about anything.
