Lloyd Shaw Obituary

TABLE GROVE - Lloyd W. Shaw, 62, of 701 James St., died at 10:09 p.m. Tuesday (Feb. 5, 2008) at Kaiser Hospital in Bellflower, Calif.
He was born June 27, 1945, at Avon, the son of Lucas W. and Dorothy (Wilson) Shaw.
Surviving are three children, Lloyd (Diana) Walker of Canton, Tiara (Richard) Hatfield of Galesburg, and Michael (Shari) Carr of Savannah, Ga.; one sister, Ruth McCombs of Lewistown; five grandchildren; and one sister-in-law, Jetta Shaw of Table Grove. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and two sisters.
He was a semi truck driver for nearly 40 years, and was an owner operator.
He attended Free Methodist Church in Lewistown. He enjoyed flying and was a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association.
Cremation will be accorded. A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, at Free Methodist Church in Lewistown, with the Rev. Martin Janicke officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Henry-Lange Memorial Home, Lewistown, is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Free Methodist Church.
