Thank you again Ray for teaching me so much in our years working but more importantly thank you for your friendship.

" As all will say he was a great guy and cared about people. I was a Rookie when first joining the Police department and while working a few months on third shift felt very safe knowing that he had my back and would send out others if needed." My prayers go out to his family."

I am so sorry to hear of Ray's passing. I have always held a special place in my heart for Ray. He helped train me and also looked after me in may ways. I was 19 when I started at the Police Department and did not know the ways of the world. He always made me smile. Such a positive man but oh so mischievous! Ray's loved ones are in my thought and prayers.
