Fred Pearson Obituary
1923 - 2013
Fred Pearson passed away March 17th at age 89. He was born in Whittier, California to John and Elma (Marshburn) Pearson. He served as an officer in the US Navy during WWll in the South Pacific. He married Doris Chambers in June of 1946. He taught high school for 36 years, was a world traveler, devoted husband and father. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, his daughters Linda Pearson of Seattle, Rita Pearson of Bend, Jo Anne Bantz of Springfield and his son, Bill Pearson of Everett, WA; 6 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
Memorial service Monday, 3/25, 11AM, at the Westside Baptist Church, Eugene. In lieu of flowers please donate to Westside Baptist Church.
