Ralph was a former president of the Town Plot Neighborhood Association and an active and vocal supporter, who was always interested and concerned with infrastructure and layout of many of the city streets and roads. He will be remembered as a no-nonsense, hardworking family man, with a firm handshake, who will be greatly missed by those blessed to know and love him.
