Brandon Derrera Obituary

Brandon Anthony Derrera, 30, of Johnstown passed away April 16, 2022. He was born September 1, 1991 in Loveland to Mark Derrera and Marianne Herrera and was raised in Johnstown, graduating from Roosevelt High School in 2010. Brandon married Delia Castillo and they had a son, Julian. He loved the Colorado sports teams; Broncos, Rockies and Nuggets. Survivors include his son, Julian Derrera, parents; Mark (Michelle) Derrera and Marianne Herrera, siblings; Marcus Derrera, Haley Johnson, Jordan Pansini and Chris Derrera, grandparents; Ernie and Alvina Derrera, Carlos and Josefina Herrera, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Alice Herrera. Recitation of the Rosary 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 26, 2022 followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Loveland. Inurnment Johnstown Cemetery. A reception will follow at Grace Community Church, Johnstown. The family encourages you to wear your favorite Denver Broncos, Colorado Rockies or blue, orange or purple gear to Brandon's services.
