Kay L. Gardner was born in Denver, CO in 1932. She died January 2012 in Sacramento CA.
Kay graduated from Longmont High School.
She married Walt Rambo January 2, 1955 in Denver. They traveled throughout Walt's Air Force career for the next 15 years.
At this point the family settled in Loveland where they raised their children. Kay and Walt retired to Sacramento in 1987.
Kay participated in community theater, enjoyed acting, music, and writing.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
She is survived by children, Tom Rambo of Sacramento, CA, John Rambo of Hickory, NC, and Becky Thorne of Loveland, CO; four granddaughters and three step- grandchildren.

Kay Rambo was more than this world could handle in the best way possible. She was my grandma and she was the sweetest, funniest and realest women that you could ever know. It's been over a decade since she passed and yet her memory still lives in my heart. Always loved and never forgotten!
