Richard Boehm

1928 - 2020

Richard "Dick" Edward Boehm, age 92, of Loveland, Colorado passed peacefully into eternal life on December 17, 2020. He and his twin brother Clif (who preceded him in death 3 years ago) were born September 30, 1928 in Edgerton, Wisconsin to Kisten (Sunby) and Harold Boehm. Dick graduated from Milton College in Milton, Wisconsin in 1952 then went on to serve in the United States Army during the Korean War. He served two years in Japan in the Army Counter Intelligence Corp. He worked the remainder of his career in Wisconsin, Michigan and Colorado as an accountant. He finished his career as secretary-treasurer of Colorado Crystal Corporation in Loveland. Dick is survived by his loving wife Carol (Zarate) Boehm, daughters Beth (Allen) Abromaitis, Bonnie Boehm-Malaczynski, son Mike Boehm, daughter Kathy (Mark) Sanchez, son Brian (Nicole) Boehm, daughter Vicki (Vince) Moreno, his grandchildren Stacey, Andrew, Lee, Jessica, Kira, Aden, Austin, Cody, Dylan, Marissa, and Isaac, his great-grandchildren Isabelle, Alyana, Amayah, and Darrin, and numerous other family members and friends. He will be greatly missed and always remembered for his amazing smile, easy-going nature, and wry sense of humor. Memorial services will be held at Viegut Funeral Home on Monday, December 21, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. with inurnment and Military Honors at Loveland Burial Park following services.
