Barbara Carter Obituary
She is survived by her son, Leon Carter;, aunt, Thelma Carter, of Galax; devoted cousins and caregiver, Sarah Carter, Rozetta Reed and David Morton; and a host of other cousins and relatives.
Funeral Services will be conducted at noon on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Corwin C. Casey and the Rev. Jenene Lewis officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Barbara Carter Burial Fund, c/o McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Dr., SW, Blacksburg, VA 24060.
