Dear Friends, I was so shocked to hear about Charlie's passing. My daughter Elizabeth in Monkton sent me the obituary. I know he hadn't been retired long; I am so sorry. I came to know Charlie when I was pastor in Bennington 1977 - 1982. We we good friends and communicated, although not regularly, after I moved up to Newport and subsequently to Shelburne. Blessings upon you in your hour of loss. Sidney Lambert, 545 Adams St., Sparta, GA 31087
