Anita W. Proulx-Richards

1938 - 2017

Anita W. Proulx-Richards passed away at the age of 79 on Nov. 26, 2017. She was born on Jan. 9, 1938 in Fall River, Massachusetts. She married in 1960, had a son in 1961 and a daughter in 1963. She moved to Ohio with her family in 1963.
Anita was a talented seamstress and in retirement enjoyed being a proud member of the Daughters of Nazir Cauldron.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Jeannette Gregoire-Proulx and Philip Mitchell Proulx; and brothers, Albert Louis Proulx and Philip Mitchell Proulx Jr.
She is survived by her ex-husband, Thomas Richards; son, Tom Richards; daughter, Joan Richards-Giffin; grandchildren, Carrie Richards-Morrison and Alicia and Darlene Richards; great grandchildren, Chevelle Barlow, Sierra Barlow and Bradley Morrison III; and by many relatives in Massachusetts and Texas.
We will always carry her memory in our hearts.
A memorial service will be held 4 p.m. Saturday, December 2, at the DiCicco and Sons Funeral Home, 5975 Mayfield Rd., Mayfield Hts. (at Lander ), where the family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the time of service. Online condolences and guest registry at www.diciccoandsonsfh.com
