My deepest condolences to Penny and your family. I worked with Richard when we both started at BCBS in 1976. You couldn't have asked for a better friend! May he rest in heaven as all of his pain is gone...

Dear Penny & Family, It is a sad occasion to lose a fellow neighbor. He certainly chose a great place to reside which would fit with his passion for the outdoors and activities like hunting. As a fellow veteran, he served his Country well. My sincere condolences.
