DARLINE ANDERSON Obituary

Darline Anderson 12/14/28 ~ 09/01/10 Darline died peacefully in her home in East Los Angeles.Her services were held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the city of Rosemead, CA. She is survived by her sister Ruth Williams and two nephews.

I read the obituary for Darline in this morning's paper. Please accept my condolences for your loss. I would appreciate contact from someone in your family regarding a family history I have been working on since moving back to Salt Lake from Los Angeles, where I lived for many years. My great great grandfather was Anders, brother of Ole (Darline and Ruth's grandfather). My phone number is (801) 4249296. E-mail is [email protected]. The one line I have not been able to get much information on is Ole and his descendants. I hope you too have some interest in the early history.

I believe this is the Darline I knew when I went to the U. of U. during the 50s. We attended the Institute together. She invited me to her home for dinner. I met Ruth at that time. I always admired the courage Darline had in meeting life's challenges. I still treasure a necklace she gave me. Darline was very special.
