My heart goes out to your family. It was just a few weeks ago we played racquetball together and had a few laughs. We always said to ourselves we hoped we are as athletic as Larry was at his age. Larry always had a joke for us. He will be very missed.

I only knew Larry for the last 6 years or so. No one gave him a harder time on the raquetball court than me. I do not know why he loved chosing me as a partner more than other but we won more games as a duo than most. He inspired some lingo among our group; like leaping Larry; Let it go Larry; Sub for Larry and Move Larry! since no one got hit more on the court. I will miss his eternal smile, his friendly advise and his pushing colostrum as a cure all. Raquetball will never be the same for me, my partner is now kicking some butt in heaven. When you asked me a couple of months ago if i was ready to trade partners because we were no winning as much; the answer is still the same: never. Wait for me, we shall play again some day.

My heartfelt and sincere condolences to Larrys family. I met Larry when we were both in the Army Reserve. We were together through boot camp in Fort Ord California and medical training at Fort Sam Huston, Texas and then for some time at Fort Douglas Utah. I have many fond memories of Larry and had a tremendous respect for him. One of the finest and intelligent people I've known. Gary Nelson

Larry was always the friendliest smiling person, making sure to say hello to everyone. Even though he isn't here with us, I'm sure he's doing the same where he is now, that will never change. He has so many wonderful qualities that will live on in all of his family.
Our deepest condolences to Judith and Justin, we are so sorry for your having to say goodbye, it's so hard.
Sincerely, Ruth, Mike, Erik Malin and Marina Nelson

It is with great sorrow that we learned of the passing of our friend and partner in business. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Larry and his family for the years of dedicated service to us. His personal touch in doing business with the LDS Church will be missed. We extend our blessings to his family at this time but know that he is progressing in life and we will see him again.

Sincerely, The MTS Team, Rick, Richard, LeGrand, Paul and Rulon
