Mary Helen Strong

Mary Helen, age 78, passed away March 28, 2004 at her home in Earlsboro, OK. She was born January 21, 1926 in Haskell, OK to Rollie and Ruth Valle (Gibbs) Bolton. Robert and Mary were married at Foursquare Church in Sun Valley, CA. Mary has attended and has been a member for twenty years at the First Free Will Baptist Church of Tecumseh, OK. She was a member of the Oklahoma State Letter Carriers Auxiliary; Democratic Central Committee of Pottawtomie County and the Election Board of Pottawtomie County. She also loved doing children's activities and church activities. Mary is survived by her husband: Robert C. Strong; her sons: Schuyler Strong and his wife, Wanita and Curtis Strong and his wife, Pamela; daughter: Dale Hacker and her husband, Fred; her mother: Ruth Bolton, sisters: Lorraine White and Ruth Stealey; brother: Carl Bolton and his wife, Yvonne; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, one sister, two brothers in law, a granddaughter, her daughter Naomi Linzy and son in law Michael Childers. A Memorial Service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, April 3, 2004 at the First Free Will Baptist Church in Tecumseh, OK.
