Monique Lovato Obituary

Dec. 13, 1970 ~ Oct. 13, 2015
Monique Sidney Goeckeritz Lovato, born in Tracey, California on Sunday, December 13, 1970 has passed from this earth into her Heavenly Father's loving arms on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 in Ogden, Utah.
Monique is the sweet beloved wife of Richard Lovato. The minute they met they instantly clicked and fell in love. They were married on August 1, 2000. Monique became the love of Richard's life instantly, and ever since the first day they met, they have been inseparable.
Monique had a spirit so bright that people were drawn to her greatness. She touched everyone she met and left an impression on them for a lifetime. She had a love of reading and would read any book she could get her hands on. Her lifetime dream was to become a published author. She accomplished this goal and her novel, "Supernatural Destiny", was released in 2014.
Monique had a love of movies and owned an extensive movie library. She loved to curl up on her free time and watch them over and over. Her love of animals knew no bounds. She loved horses and thought they were magnificent creatures. She had several fur babies (puppies) that knew her unconditional love for them.
Monique was blessed with many talents, but her singing voice was remarkable. Her beautiful ballads could move your soul.
Monique is survived by her loving husband, Richard Lovato; parents, Merlin and Karen Goeckeritz; her siblings, Sean (Taryn) Goeckeritz, Matt (Lynda) Goeckeritz, Natasha (Wyatt) Banks, Paul (Heather) Goeckeritz, Casey (Eric) Delong, Candse (Jon) Ausman; and her extended family of many nieces and nephews who will miss her greatly. We will miss her contagious smile, her laughter, and huge loving heart!
Although no buildings were built in her honor, or monuments erected in her name, we can tell you that she accomplished great things on this earth by loving her family and friends with an unconditional love that never quit. She will be remembered in our hearts with each breath we take, and her legacy will continue on in us.
