Claudene McIntosh Martin April 22, 1925 - November 17, 2015 San Diego Claudene McIntosh Martin was born on April 22, 1925 in Breckenridge, Texas. She lived in San Diego since 1930 and graduated from San Diego High School in June 1943. Claudene married Harry Roberts Martin on May 29, 1944 in San Diego. Claudene spent several years as a Life Member on the Sharp Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, the Las Premiras charitable society in Chula Vista and was President of the Halecrest Elementary PTA. Claudene and Harry were active members of the Mission San Diego de Alcala and served as Co-Presidents of the senior's group, the Missionaries. Claudene is survived by her four children, Donald M. Martin, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; Janis M. Nower, Kings Ferry, New York; Barry T. Martin, Pewaukee, Wisconsin and Gary R. Martin, Carlsbad, California. Claudene has 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. A Mass will be December 2 at 11am at the Mission San Diego de Alcala, followed by a graveside service at Greenwood Memorial Park at approximately 12:45pm.
