Tonie, the holidays are here and I'm missing you so much. I was looking forward to some more fun holiday times with you and Brian and me and Michael and those great tamales :). I come to work and look forward to our walk and then it hits me that I will be walking alone....but I know you will there in my shadow. I pray for your family to find peace to get them through these holidays without you, but I'm sure they will focus on the good times. Rest well "sista girl".

Another day without you and I am constantly drowned by these tears of pain. I miss you so much. Everyone swears you can hear me when I talk to you out loud and I want so badly to believe that. You came to me for a split second last night in my dream, I didn't want to wake up. I wish I would've told you more often how much you meant to me. I love you so much and am heartbroken without you.

Hello my beloved sister. We had your services . It was So Beautiful.!! Did you see all the beautiful flowers everyone brought you? Girl talk about" standing room only" see how many lives you touched. I told you you were special! I met more of your friends and co-workers, reminisced a lot with the family. Gave mom lots of kisses and the girls too. I took your favorite beer off the table. I know you saw that. I heard you say it! Take it Lizard... We all took a flower in your honor. I felt your spirit standing beside me. Thank you for giving us strength to get through it all. You were truly loved. Thank you for all the wonderful memories. I already miss you so much. Don't worry about your sweet babies . We will be here for them. "FOREVER FRIENDS" RIP Sister. I LOVE YOU!

I was blessed to meet Tonie 15 yrs ago,she was a very positive and loving person,and as we all know that infectious smile was a light that would lite up the darkest of rooms. Tonie you will truly be missed beautiful but you will never be forgotten,the lives you touched we are many and in such a positive way. God bless you and we will meet again.

Tonie & I became fast friends & family when she married Cortez and I was married to his cousin Stevie. She had a wicked sense of humor, a sensitive spirit and was devoted to Corina, Raylene & Sydney. I'll always remember the good times when we lived next door to each other. I'll miss her laugh and smile. Love you Girl.

My friend, my 'sista girl"......I think God for bringing you into my life. It was short but for sure great quality time. We talked every day via email, text or Skype.....I miss that so much!! I have our precious picture we took at the San Diego County Probation happy hour. I will cherish that smile forever. Thank you for being a friend, a sister and a wonderful co-worker. Tonie, you are gone but never forgotten. Heaven has gained another angel and I know you will be watching over your girls, grandbabies and loved ones. Who would know that when I saw you last it would be our last hug? This has really opened my eyes as to how precious and fleeting life is. I am thankful to have known you and am so thankful for your friendship and love. When my boys were little you took care of them for me so I could go to work, I will never forget that. My sincerest condolences to her beloved family, friends and even those who had the pleasure of being greeted by her radiant and sincere smile. May The Lord keep you and strengthen you as we continue in life's journey without her in this present world. May we look forward to being greeted again by her at Heaven's gates. Gone to soon but she will never be forgotten. To her familia, you were her life and even with life's challenges, you were the very heart of her and what put that extra twinkle in her eyes when she spoke about you all especially those grand baby's and the other kiddos. She spoke life and solution when it was needed and also knew when to just call it a day in hopes of tomorrow bringing a new opportunity to make it right.... she made it better even if resolve was not in sight. I know we are all better people because of her handful of sand, never just a grain ...generous she was indeed.

My condolences to her family & friends. I met Tonie in 2015, she was covering for my coworker Cheryl at the time. Tonie was so sweet & kind. She loved sharing pictures of her family & grandchildren with me every morning, I loved seeing her face light up with joy & excitement as she flips through her pictures on her phone. I'm going to miss seeing her around. May you rest in peace.

My beautiful, sweet, funny, big hearted cousin! Your time here with us was not enough. You will be greatly missed. I wish I had the answers why you were taken so soon. To my wonderful and beautiful friend Tonie. I have enjoyed all our moments we have shared in the last 22 years. You and I have laughed, cried, played and enjoyed our milestones in life together. Like I have told you before, I'm so blessed to always have you in my life and you are a beautiful woman and God knew what he was doing when he created you. You give everyone hope and encouragement to succeed and to live life to the fullest.
