AURORA COCA Obituary
Aurora Coca, 90, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on November 20th, 2021 in Santa Fe, NM after a short illness. She was born to the late Jacobo and Cora Baca, on November 19th, 1931 in Ranchos de Taos, NM.
She is survived by husband Baldamar Coca, of 67 years, Sisters; Maggie and Corrine, brothers; Max and Ruben.
She has 3 children; Linda (Butch), Anthony (Sarah), and Steven Coca. Grandchildren; Jason Roybal, Bina Surgeon, and Analicia (Raymond) Dominguez. Great grandchild; Araya.
Aurora loved spending time with her family in Taos and Santa Fe. Her passions included baking, cooking, and spending time with her family. We'll miss her smile, laugh, and the way she welcomed anyone into her home.
Her life will be celebrated on Friday, December 3rd,, 2021 at Ranchos de Taos San Francisco de Asisi Church. Beginning with a rosary and eulogy at 9:15AM with funeral mass to follow at 10AM. Then internment to follow at the old Llano Quemado cemetery with a reception at the Llano Quemado Community Center.

Mr. Coca, Linda, Junior and Steve,
Your mom was so good to me and it was such a joy to have shared my early years with her and the family. Our faith teaches us that when our earthly dwelling falls to ruin, we find our eternal home in Heaven. Rest assured your mom is at peace in the arms of our Lord and Savior. Our Sincere Condolences!!
