Walter Dalton Obituary
Walter "Wayne" Dalton, 63, passed away unexpectedly on April 9, 2021. He was born on February 19, 1958 in Santa Fe, NM to Fred and Dolores Dalton.
He was preceded in death by his grand- parents, Fred Dalton Sr. and Antonia Sena-Dalton; Roberto L. Mares and Sophia Mares. He is survived by his children, Wayne (Victoria); Colleen (Joe); and Jessica (Kody); sisters, Sophia Barnett (Mark); Bobbi Dalton-Mayrant (Chris); brothers, Adrian; Charlie, and Patrick (Bernadette). Wayne also leaves behind nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Wayne was a longtime employee of United Parcel Service and most recently the City of Santa Fe.
The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers and support during this time.
A Rosary will be held on Tuesday, April 20 at 6:00 p.m. at Berardinelli Funeral Home, 1399 Luisa Street, Santa Fe, NM. Mass will take place at St. Francis Cathedral on Wednesday, April 21 at 1:30 p.m. Burial services will follow at Rosario Cemetery.

Sorry to hear of Wayne’s passing. He used to deliver packages to my home business in the ‘80’s. Always on the go and hardly slowing down. He was well liked.
