Charles Clamp Obituary

Charles A. CLAMP (Art) 8/9/31 ~ 6/20/08 My beloved Art passed away 6/20/08 at Life Care Center of Bothell. He was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and came to the USA in 1957 and became a very proud American Citizen in 1962. He was predeceased by his parents, Grace and Rex and brother Frank. Siblings are Barbara (Ed) Budney of Gibbons, Canada, Edith Johnston of Calgary, Mary Moffatt of Victoria, BC, Shirley Myers of Edmonton and Bob (Sheryn) of Calgary. Survivors also include his wife of 27 years, Mary Janet Clamp, step-son Michael (Susan) Cuffin and grandson, Shaun Cuffin, his little bird Pete and many friends and extended family. Art was a meat cutter for 36 years and a King County Police officer. In his early years he enjoyed playing and coaching hockey and proud of his black belt in karate. Later years he enjoyed fishing, TV, taking care of our home, yard and cars. He was a Life Member of the Lake City Elks. Memorial donations may be made to The Shriners Hospital for Children - 950 West Faris Rd - Greenville, SC 29605 or your favorite charity Private inurnment will be at a later date under the care of Purdy & Walters at Floral Hills, Lynnwood, WA
