Erik Stanley

Erik STANLEY Born June 27, 1957 in Seattle. Beloved father, son, brother and friend passed on June 8, 2003. Erik was in the U.S. Navy and served on the USS Robison and the USS Kitty Hawk in the engineering departments. He was an avid sports fan, loved cars, golf and was a golf coach for the Special Olympics. Erik is survived by his sons Frank and Jeff Stanley, his mother Ruth Stanley, sisters Michele Stanley, Gretchen McLaurin, Lisa Stanley, nephew Colin McLaurin and brother-in-law Clif McLaurin. Erik was loved dearly and will be missed by many people. Services will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2003 at 2:45 p.m. at Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 S.E. 240th Kent, WA. In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be sent to the Special Olympics, the American Heart Association or Habitat for Humanity.
