Gerald WONG February 10, 1935 ~ June 19, 2009 Gerry Wong is resting in peace after a courageous battle against pancreatic cancer. I know there are no words that can fill the painful space left when someone you love is not longer there. Not to hear their voice, gaze into their eyes, nor be in their presence. While I cannot offer you anything but my deep love for all of you, I AM glad that you all are there for one another. I hope you all can find some solace and peace with knowing that. So much love to all of you~ and extra special love to YOU, Rosie (as G always called you). Love, Cathie

Dear Aunty Ro, Michael, Jamie, Debi, Dina and Families,
No words can really give you comfort at this time but hopefully all the good memories and the love and support of your friends and family will provide some peace. When you are remembered, when you make an impact, your spirit is forever. Dad remembers the teenage Gerry as Fish, all night poker games, being waiters together at WK, as Gerry "King" with the rowboat in his front room. We all remember him though as the man he became; a successful businessman who enjoyed life, loved his food and above all loved his family. We wish we could be there; even just to give you a hug. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Love Ken, Lori, Patti and Richard

Dearest Auntie Ro and all the family,
We'd like to express not only our great sadness at the passing of Uncle Gerry, but also our profound fondness for him. We knew him all our lives, he was a part of our family. I thank him for being such a good friend to my dad, his best friend. He was an inspiration, he showed us what it is possible to achieve in your life; he lead by example. To me, Uncle Ger was fearless, and always knew what he wanted. He will be greatly missed, but has made his mark in this life.

I wish we could be there with you.
Lots and lots of love to you all,
Karen Yip, Jimmy Nugyougalik and Janae.
