Michele Paquette Obituary

Michele M. PAQUETTE Age 47, passed peacefully from this world after a valiant but brief battle with cancer February 27, 2005 in Seattle, WA. Born April 15, 1957 to William and Elora Miller in South Bend, WA, Michele graduated from Willapa Valley High School in Menlo, WA in 1975 and the University of Washington in 1983 with a BA in Psychology. She chose to dedicate her professional services as a public school volunteer and a library assistant. Michele was a voracious reader, excellent cook and a budding quilter. She was known for her loving, caring nature, which graced her as she educated children. Michele was preceded in death by her father William Owen Miller, her grandmother Dolly Virginia Conn Coleman and her kitties Clarissa and Josephine. She is survived by her loving husband of over 22 years, Robert 'Bob' Paquette of Seattle, her daughter Margot D. Paquette of Seattle, her sister Beth Brown of Albany, OR, her brother Mark (Mary) Miller of Springfield, OR, her grandfather Ronald Coleman of Pe Ell, WA, her niece Aidan (Eric) Diaz of San Diego, CA, numerous other loved and cherished nieces and nephew and her beloved kitties, Ashley, Sylvester and Hyushi. A private celebration of life will be scheduled by the family. Memorial donations may be made to Eckstein Middle School Library, 3003 NE 75 St. Seattle, WA 98115. Arrangements have been made by Purdy & Walters of Floral Hills, (425) 672-1800.

My deepest sympathy and regards to all of Michelle's family and friends. We were so lucky to have time with her at Eckstein Library. Her kindness, generosity and sense of humor are a legacy to the children.
