I knew Roger since 1991 and became close friends and co-workers. We both started at Dreyfus and continued at Bear Stearns working side by side as we had for so many years. He was a great human being and inspiration to many and very highly intelligent. I often looked up to Roger as a big brother figure. I was sad to see him go back home to Seattle after seeing him daily for over 20 years! I miss having our Saturday morning breakfasts and chats in Studio City. Today is Dec 1, 2017, and i still find myself thinking of Roger. He was very loved, a wonderful and dedicated Father, husband and dear friend. I truly miss him (tears).

I knew Roger and his brothers back at the beginning of his life because our parents were friends. He was happy outgoing child and apparently that never changed. I recognized that smile right away. He was too young. My thoughts and prayers are with all the family. May the smiles and happy memories help to begin the healing.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I went to Shorewood with Roger and I was also in a Youth Group with him at Ronald Methodist Church. Peace be with you.

Graham and I have fond memories of trick or treating with Roger and Audrey in 2010. Audrey and Graham covered **a lot** of territory (between candy bars) that night. After over an hour, Roger could see Audrey getting tired and suggested it was time to go. This was made more challenging by Graham getting to stay up later and keep going. Roger gracefully took Audrey home despite some protest. It was a lovely evening and a good chance for me to get to know Roger. We are thinking of your whole family in the days and weeks ahead.
Sincerely yours,
Leslie and Graham

You still make me laugh just remembering you Roger. I'm so sad that we cannot hang anymore here. I'm so thankful that we reconnected and got to hang out some again and I have recent memories of you; enough to know that your goofiness hadn't changed one bit! Homer

We sure had a good time at the high school reunion at the Cabin Tavern last year. I was looking forward to having lunch or dinner with you, I STILL AM. I still think about the 2 years of German we took at Shorewood. I've forgotten most of the language, but I'll always remember the good times we had in that class. You'll still be with me/us !!! Auf Wiedersehen !!!

Roger brightened my day and challenged my mind. It was a great pleasure to work with him and to become his friend. I will miss you very much, my friend and your wonderful smile.
