My Dearest Mama,
You always keep me up late at night that it is so hard for me to fall asleep because you are always on my mind. I pray to God every night before I go to bed, and I ask Him that he would always take care of you in heaven. As I try to fall asleep, I always hope that I would see you in my dreams, so we can always spend lots of time together.
I cry because I miss you, but I am trying to stay strong. I know I've said this so many times, but mom and I will always look out for each other and we have the love of you and our family to keep us strong. And I promise to finish college because it was your dream to watch me finish school. I will never forget all of our happy memories of us cooking and baking, watching movies and tv shows, and our trips to the Philippines and Las Vegas.

Our thoughts & prayers are w/ Auntie Eva & ALL of our family during this sorrowful time. Grandma, although u were 3,000 miles away, you were still very close in thoughts, prayers, cards & calls. Ma will always be known as a STRONG, sweet, loving, warm-hearted person who always kept a smile on her face & laughed all the time. I'm so glad that she got to meet & hold Jaleiya. I remember when I fell asleep one night & I thought Jaleiya fell asleep to but comes to find out she was watching TV at 4am with Ma; it was a cute moment because Ma didn't mind. My wedding day she hugged me so tight and whispered in my ear "your my favorite". Sorry to admit it but she did =) I miss u so much Ma, I will NEVER forget about u ever. We love you so much. You will always be in my heart, Until we meet again.

From the day I met Mama, she's always been a loving and sweet person. Mama was a strong woman. She fought her illness for 2 years. I'm so grateful to have known Mama for these 10 years. She will always hold a special place in our hearts. Mama we love you and will miss you beyond forever!
