Please forgive me, I violated protocol to presume to speak for Deborah Quinn without her permission. I am doing research on Chief Quinn at her request but she reminded me that given that, she still must speak for herself. But I believe that the sentiments are consistent. I really hope you all find comfort and help from Our Lord Above. May God Bless you all. Pardon my mistake in such a hard time.

Deepest sympathy on behalf of myself and Deborah Quinn. Theodore the second was a good friend of her grandfather, William J. Quinn, who he knew well from the days when Quinn was SF Chief of Police and Mr. Theodore II was President of the Police Comission in the 20's and 30's. I happen to go on the internet to read about Mr. Theodore Roche II and learned of the unfortunate, untimely death of your loved one, Theodore III. I am Deborah's ex-husband but we remain good friends. Again, deepest sympathy. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, though we have never met.

My condolences to Ted's family, including brothers and sister Ruth. We all grew up together in San Francisco and I even bought a 1960 Comet Station Wagon from Ted about that year. May he rest in peace.
