Richard was my research advisor when I was a student at Fuller Graduate School of Psychology from 1999-2006. We shared a passion for studying the psychology of religion. He taught me by example that the love for truth should be in the service of reconciliation with others. He was a man of science as much as he was a man of faith, and always a man of peace. I will miss him deeply.
